Holistic Counseling & Coaching

"Teach the Mind, Heal the Self":​

30 mins or 60mins

  • Use these sessions to express what needs to be said and learn about the physiology of the self.

  • Grow an effective and easy to apply tool set, by taking action through collaborative goals.

  • The journey of healing includes recognizing and owning the power of your narrative

  • What is it that we say to ourselves? And how has that impacted our choices and perceptions?

Naturopathic Mental Healthcare 

"Balanced Body, Balanced Mind":​

30 - 60mins

  • Use this session type as a way to address the physical components of Mental health: nutrition, body health, & levels of pain.

  • Learn to support the natural chemicals of the brain and body through Orthomolecular Medicine and support the structural balance of the body through Physical Medicine.

  • These sessions may include physical exam and presciptions.

Mindfulness & Nervous System 

"Release the Pattern, Ease Stress":​

30 mins or 60mins

  • Trauma takes your ability to plan, time and be in the present, away. Or at least makes these difficult.

  • You experience the world as continuously unsafe, to shift that, we must address the nervous system.

  • These sessions focus on finding the modality that will best separate the past from the present and return timing through speaking with the nervous system.

  • Modalities may include: Craniosacral, Visceral Manipulation, Meditation, EMDR or Biofeedback
