As they are currently pregnant and expecting the birth of their daughter in January, Dr. Soto is currently not pursuing further licensing steps, preferring to wait until after their daughter is born. Since they have their degree, Dr. Soto can still consult, Lifestyle coach and give Naturopathic recommendations when doing Behavioral Health Counseling and Nutritional Counseling.

Dr. Soto received their Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University-Kenmore. As a Doctorate Student Dr. Soto took opportunities for further study and experience in the following:

  • Emergency Medicine

  • Physical Medicine: Craniosacral & Activator Methods

Dr. Soto enjoys the field of Mental Health and uses their experience to provided a more holistic approach within their medicine. They understand that addressing thought patterns and emotional patterns is just as important as explaining the physiology of a disease. For the Mind and Body both inhabit the same space, and affect each other.

They have 8 years combined experience in Massage, and have been a practicing Licensed Massage Practitioner for 7 years. In practice, Dr. Soto has focused in clinical based massage treatments and has had experience in the following:

  • Post-Surgery (Joint, Breast, and Abdominal)
