And that's ok, you don't have to "fit in" to achieve mental wellbeing. You can be who you are, live the life you want and achieve a balanced, happy state of better mental health.
I’m ready to walk that path with you! I utilize a lot of tools, but the most important one is “the loop” - recognizing what it is that you want, looking at what you are doing, determining what is or is not working towards that goal, and planning the next steps to get there. It seems like a simple formula, and it truly is one, but “simple” rarely means “easy.”
I strive to break down the barriers, internal and systemic, that keep you from becoming the person you want to be. There are infinite paths to get where you want to go, let’s pick the best one we can find!
