Let me join you on your healing journey!

I am a firm believer that we have the power to break cycles and change our lives. Many families suffer from intergenerational trauma and the dysfunction it causes, but may not realize how detrimental trauma can be to the family unit.

I offer a deeper level of understanding of family dynamics within the family system. I start with identifying the root cause of family dysfunction or problem, and then move toward finding a solution. For children, I offer a safe space so they can be themselves and discuss hard things. This creates a therapeutic relationship that will give them skills for coping and improving emotional regulation. I approach generational trauma with empathy and understanding; I can be there with your family and children as we navigate the complexities of family dynamics and breaking toxic cycles.

I dedicate my work to unpack the very systems that have put you in this situation.  My goal is to give families and children a solid foundation in effective communication and empathy. There is no linear solution, but working together we can enter your healing era!
